Wayne and Erick are definitely not good with black lives matter. I stayed at this hotel for several days starting 4-22-21 to 5-7-21. Every white person came thru the lobby they was greeted welcome back! I walk thru the lobby the first question is can I help you or are you checking in. I walked down to front desk and over heard an employee tell the white guy I will take care of your valet and here are two meal tickets for next door for breakfast. Actually a MINUS 5 stars but couldn't write a review without choosing at least one star. One word: BEDBUGS...in Dodge City, KS. They were rude to me & even told me I brought them in! Never once was I apologized to, asked if me or my cat was OK, or refunded ANY money on the room or for anything I've had to throw away. I contacted corporate, who was supposed to get back with me within 35 days (REALLY?? 35 DAYS??) and I'm still waiting...over 4 months later. No one will take my calls either. I booked a two night stay at this Marriott on Friday May 7th and checked out Sunday May 9th 2021. I received a email receipt after my late check in of the amount I've been charged. The amount was $310.50. I'm well aware of the daily charges marriott charges that will be returned if you don't charge anything to the room HOWEVER I was charged THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and WAS SENT TWO DIFFERENT RECEIPTS about my stay. minus 10 should be an option for that location (155 Fair Brook Place Clarksville, TN 37040) i was traveling for a whole week and i did not enjoy anything at this location absolutely nothing the room was not clean the fans were working non stop i was sick the whole week because of it not even towels in the room the only proved me with one small shampoo bottle barley enough to wash my head ( the rest of the body that's was not enclouded in the room price ) there was a big fly in my coffee machine they over charged me (330 $) t... read more

My husband has unsubscribed from their phone call list 3 times and he's still getting phone calls. He's been getting calls for over a year.

Me and my family booked a room the bed sheets had blood and then they changed the top sheet it was still dirty

Zero stars should be an option here. My brand new vehicle (fresh off the lot) was wrecked by a valet parker at the Downtown Des Moines Marriott - 2 months and two days later, I have not received the payment to fix it! Nobody will help me as they say they "outsource" their parking service - the valet charges were charged by Marriott so therefore Marriott is involved & representing these crooks. I receive calls from Marriott all the time. I have requested to be taken off of their list 10 times. I try and call back to complain or get results and "IF" I can actually get through to a live person, they just hang up on me. I have blocked the numbers, I have been on the "Do Not Call" registry for 10 years. I have a robo-blocker, I literally take the time to put Names in my own phone directory, so I know who is calling.
