The Westin New York at Times Square- don’t leave expensive stuff lying around, I lost a pair of Gucci loafers in one of the rooms. I didn’t even realize they were missing until I was already home. I reported them missing and they said they never found them. The staff in this hotel can’t be trusted, Maybe those shoes walked out of there on their own or somebody else is wearing them by now. I would never stay here again, not in a place where you don’t feel your personal stuff are secure

After arriving at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Akron, Fairlawn I was advised that my paid reservation had been cancelled. After waiting for an hour with my elderly mother in the car, I was finally told that the hotel had over booked and that they would put us up at a sister hotel with a complimentary night's stay. After waiting even longer, I was told that hotels.com would contact me with an alternate hotel as both their sister properties were sold out. The Four Points by Sheraton Marriott at LAX was the DIRTIEST hotel I have ever stayed at and the employees were rude. To start off, my boyfriend and I (a gay couple) were recommended a 2 bed bedroom by the lady at the front desk, even though I told her I booked a 1 king bedroom. When we got inside of our room, it was nothing like the pictures at all. The bathroom had blood splatter on the wall and we were also not provided soap to wash our hands with. I had a terrible experience at the JW Marriott L.A. Live and I believe this property has engaged in unethical practices. I was scheduled to speak at a conference held there on September 22, 2021 and upon learning I would not be able to travel, I cancelled within more than 72 hours from the date of check in, received an acknowledgement of hotel reservation from the conference and I was charged the full hotel stay nonetheless. I spent an evening at a Marriott Hotel and wanted to purchase the mattress and box spring from SHOP COURTYARD website . Ordered and received my two mattresses and box springs. One box spring damaged and returned to company . THREE months later and still no box spring even after several lengthy discussions with company in NJ. Could not locate and give rea.son for delay. My name is Rosa W******* and I stayed at Town in Suites on Saturday/ 9-25-21. ( 120 South Fairfield Drive, Bloomington, IN 47404) Upon going to sleep in the room, I woke up with severe pain on my arm. I turned on the lights and I realized my entire arm (!!) As a longtime Marriott loyalist, it breaks my heart to write this review. However, Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront does not deserve to be part of the Marriott family. I had a miserable and stressful experience which resulted from Marriott accepting overbookings from Booking.com. I evacuated southern Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida. Through Booking.com I had a confirmed reservation at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Marshall. After driving more than 350 miles for over 7 hours, I arrived at the Fairfield at about 7:00 p.m. only to be told it could not honor my confirmed reservation because Booking.com had overbooked.
