I have payed annual credit card member fees for years. They do not want to honor my benefits. I have free hotel stays & more. They have put me on hold transferee me tons of times & just don’t care. I want a refund for every year I payed an annual member fee. They are a nightmare

I can't begin to express how angry I am with the treatment I've received from Marriott. This had to be one of the worst "customer service" cases I've dealt with. I had a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights at the Residence Inn Boston Andover for which I paid $525. The toilet in one of the suites didn't work. The hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. As a Marriott rewards member I have a certificate for a free night stay that expires on July 21st 2022. This is a certificate that I have earned and would like to use before it expires. I have lost 2 other certificates that went unused because of covid. I called Marriott to see if they would extend the expiration date of this certificate by 2 weeks so that I could use it on my vacation. I was at an NA conference for the Easter Weekend 4/14/22 thru 4/17/22 and I was overcharged for the stay, almost $800. My bill should have been $159 (discounted rate for conference) plus taxes & incidentals (15% and $50 a night). I spoke to reservation desk while I was there as well as contacted corporate office. Once I returned from the conference I called Marriott and asked for number and email to accounting. I forward my receipt and bank statement showing the theft from the Renaissance hotel. NO STARS. GM, Grace B**********, harassed me by following me to my room as I was taking my disabled Aunts service dog back to the room. The poorest of customer service I've ever experienced. I am very surprised after reading numerous bad reviews about Grace, that she still has a job. Shame on you Marriott for allowing her to harass your customers. The location of this particular hotel is in Decatur Texas

I am disgusted by Marriott's attempt to sell high quality hotel bedding under the guise of "Marriott" branding; I see the brands of what you sent, and after due diligence, have price matched all the items on http://Amazon.com that offers free shipping! My family was doing a road trip to Pittsburg from Toronto. After a 6 hour exhausting drive with a baby and a toddler all We wanted was a good nights rest. We decided to book a Decent hotel. We ended up booking 2 queen bed at this location. (The price for two queen was more expensive than one king bed). Once we arrived the attended informed us they had no 2 queen bed suite available. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a loss that occurred in the Marriott Hotel on America's Cup Avenue in Newport, RI. When the staff cleaned up the room one day they wrapped my AirPods in my sheets and took them away. My phone tracker located them in a staff-only area of the hotel (laundry room) that I did not have access to. The hotel staff looked for them there but could not find them. This is the review of the JW Marriot in Charlotte, NC. We stayed at the Hotel 04/22-04/24/22. We had nothing but problems. We checked in at 4:00 pm 2 hrs. before getting there and we had to remind them 2 times after getting there for updates on status of room. Around 4:30 pm after asking about it again our room was ready. Once in the room it was looked nice BUT after a couple our hours the A/C and internet did not work properly.
