In regards to confirmation #77009231 I reserved a hotel for July 16 back in May bc I had to go there for a business trip. Was told yesterday I no longer needed to go so I called to get, not a refund, but a credit so I could spend the 732 at another Marriott at another time. Was told the local one don’t do it and was given a 1-800 number to call, which said I had to call the local number, called again only to be told to call the 1-800 number again only to be told to call the local number. I’m getting very upset because I am g... read more

I stayed at Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, TX for a conference. The hotel stay was fine. However at check in, I was required to put a card on file for incidentals and was told it would be released at check out. Since this was an educational conference I attended, the school district I work for was paying for the stay. Upon check out, the hotel applied my incidental hold to cover my room. I checked out June 28 and have not received my funds back and have gotten no help from the numerous calls I’ve made. The people at the ... read more

We bought a timeshare with Marriott after being lied to for hours about how great and easy it was to use, the incredible availability, and the opportunity to bring family with you to the bigger units. After trying to use our timeshare, we quickly found out these were all lies. Just schemes to get into our pockets. This timeshare has caused a lot of stress for me and my family. I wish I could give zero stars! My daughter was at girls night here, about 5-7 teenage girls. The night supervisor named "Holly" came to the door accusing them of having a party and of smoking marijuana while she her self had a vape in her hand. They said they would turn down the music and she began to argue with them, as she continued to smoke her vape she began yelling at them and then said she was calling the police.
