This review is for the ********** ******located at ***** ******** ********** ********** ** *****, United States of America. After paying 318 dollars, My boyfriend, my 1 year old niece and I were staying at this hotel. My niece was sleeping and my boyfriend and I were just hanging out. Out of nowhere we hear knocking on the door and when we look to see who it is , it is is the hotel manager with 2 other people with him. When I opened it he told me the room smelled like smoke and accused us of smoking WITH MY NIECE IN THE ROOM... read more

Redeeming points and awards is a cumbersome experience that Marriott clearly resents and wants to discourage. After being a customer of Marriott for more than 20 years, using their Bonvoy Credit Card to earn points, and generally having many pleasant stays at their hotels, I have recently started to redeem some of my points and award night certificates. To simply book three nights at a hotel required 4 logon attempts and 3 phone calls. Their website is Clichy and sometimes down completely. It will not function on the ****** ... read more

This review is for Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables, Autograph Collection, located at Coral Gables, Florida. Date Visit: 1/12/22 check in, 1/13/22 check out Front Desk: The front desk lady was competent and confident. She was very professional, prompt, and courteous, in greeting us and quickly checking us in. She explained the details clearly before sending me to the room. I stayed there for a convention. At checking out the front desk was verifying charges to the room. The thing is I didn’t charge anything to my room. When I told the lady that she said she would take that off. A day later they charged my account. I called and the lady told me they would call me back in a few hours. Two days go by and no call. I call back and speak to the manager of the restaurant, no receipt was signed no proof I was there, nothing. Must off been someone who forgot there room number. Marriott sales force lied to us once again by representing thousands of beautiful properties that would be reachable to us if we traded our time share into bonvoy points. We did and once again when we went to book our vacation nothing was available! and if it was it was twice the points!!! They should be held accountable but never are. In the mean time they have another year of money from us and we have no nice vacation when and where we would like to go! they shouldn't even get one star.

This review is for TownePlace Suites Charleston-North Charleston, SC. This was the worst night of my life. I reached there with my family and kids around 11:30 PM on Feb 18, 2022, after 5 hours of drive. I've been a Marriotts rewards member six plus years and they have treated me as if I'm nothing when I call with ANY concerns! I travel on business for a living and chose their hotels as I average 100 plus days a year. I called back in January to make a reservation for my daughter who's in law school in San Antonio TX. There was a winter storm that occurred and she lost power and water so I called to make a reservation and added my daughter to it so she can check in without my presence. A review of the hotel without the shady billing would be a 3/5. However when looking at my debit card statement, I was surprised to see approximately $700 "pending transaction" on my card several days later despite having already paid my bill of approximately $300. Said bill had already been paid and processed by my bank. I spoke with their customer rep who said it should be removed in another 4-7 business days. To my knowledge I never agreed to this. I do not plan on staying with them again.

got hired at marriot and a few weeks later they fire me why did nothing wrong apparently I posted on Tik tok during work hours 3 times lies first time was told that it was work hour while it was exactly my time to leave I just stayed a few minutes after my time to leave and decided to make a tik tok since that’s what I do, second time was told I posted a video of me drunk while I was sick if the boss looked at it a little more she would have seen that was a draft from the past and 3rd time was my lunch time….of course nobody... read more
