I checked into the Renaissance booking two rooms for the weekend. One room was held with my a personal business card. When checking in I gave them my debit card so that my personal business card would not be used. I MADE THIS VERY CLEAR. They said it was my a problem and they ran my debit for both rooms holding near $1000. When we got home Monday I noticed they had also put a pending charge of $679 on my personal business card. I was to have gotten a room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed to fit my family (3 adults and 2 children, both age 13). Was a Loyalty Member, however, will never step foot in another Marriott hotel again. During our last stay, 1 night, we encountered roaches in our room and left upon our discovery. You would think from a customer satisfactory standpoint I would be fully refunded, but no. So disappointing and disgusted.

Be sure to read the fine print carefully. I cancelled my reservation at Aloft Tallahassee Fl 9 days after my booking, 17 days before my reservation and still was charged $265 for one night stay that I didn't use. I spoke with both the hotel and the corporate office. No help. Caveat Emptor!!
