I have been getting calls almost daily from Marriott for almost 3 years. No matter how many times I "press 2 to be removed from the calling list", I still get the calls. I have never even stayed at one of these hotels. The calls come from a different number every time and it is a recorded message: "Thank you for choosing Marriott hotels. You have won a four night stay.... please press two to be removed from our calling list". I cannot take it anymore. I have no idea what to do. It is beyond harassment. I just want them to st... read more

I visited *******from *********and was skeptical about this hotel. Upon my arrival, I called and spoke with Paul and let me tell you the test was history from there. Paul went above and beyond for us the entire time. We had some minor issues upon our arrival and Paul was not there at the time. I can’t remember the front desk clerks name but he was amazing and made sure we were happy with our room. He checked several rooms before making sure we were ok. When Paul found out I had some issues, he accommodated us right away and ... read more

This is a COVID super spreader hotel. I have photographs of empty beer cans and pizza boxes all over the lobby. When I asked for coffee because there was none in my room, I was told that they cannot leave coffee because someone could have touched it. They insisted that to get coffee, I would have to come to the crowded lobby breakfast buffet in the morning to get coffee in a large gathering where literally everyone was touching the coffee... which, incidentally, they were OUT of. In addition, I have photographs of what was l... read more

If you are looking for the worst Christmas experience anyone could ever have, you have come to the right place. Do you want to spend $500 per person for 24 hours of pure hell? You have come to the right place. Let me paint you a picture of how one hotel can bring a World War II Nazi Germany experience to you. You don’t have to go far, it’s all contained within the gulag of Gaylord Texas Hotel. We were greeted, not with a big old Texas “Howdy”, but a german accent of “PUT ON YOUR MASK!”. It was enough to call the trip short w... read more

Business response:

Marriott International, Inc. thanks you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent disappointing experience. We sincerely apologize for your frustrations and were certainly disappointed to read your report regarding hotel staff's enforcement of Marriott's Mask Mandate. Following American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA)’s “Safe Stay Guest Checklist” announcement mid-July 2020 and to further promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings are required for Marriott guests and associates in all... read more

We booked a stay with Springhill Suites San Diego Downtown/Bayfront and we were all very excited to stay there initially, however, that quickly changed once we got inside our room. With Covid going on, we had hoped this type of Hotel would be dotting their I's and crossing their T's when it comes to cleanliness but we were wrong. Upon enetering the room, there was an awful scent inside the room. It smelled like dirty carpet. We got passed it and proceeded to check out the rest of the room and take down our stuff. Since we we... read more

My name is J**** D**** and I am a Gold Elite member and have never received such poor customer service from this organization. The purpose of this correspondence is to express my dissatisfaction with the on-going unprofessionalism of the Sheraton Tribeca New York City. I stayed at this unprofessional establishment on October 16th through October 18th. Upon checking I was informed of a $200 hold on my credit card which the representative said was a “deposit” which it customary when checking in a hotel. Working in a bank part ... read more
