I stayed a the Fairfield inn Tallahassee Fl. The hotel is old and rundown. While I was staying they had a water pipe break. My husband left the hotel covered in soap with a promise of a full refund By Ashley. We never received the refund. When I called I was told that wwe were never promised a refund but they were planning on giving us reward points. It had been close to a month and they were not posted to my account either. No matter how many times I tell them to be put on the Do Not Call List, it doesn't matter. Still recieve calls. I thought this was illegal.

This review is about the Gaylord National Harbor. On December 3,2021 I attended their I Love Christmas Movies event. From the beginning their were problems. No staff, ticket scanners did not work, we were rushed and given no time to experince the event, their were safety hazards and was so hot, I got sick. My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott downtown Providence. One room 2/18- 2/20 and other was from 2/18-2/21. Upon check-in we were given meal tickets were the days we were staying. Which was discussed on phone with sales lady Annie. Both suites. When arriving on Feb18th both rooms had no heat (19degrees outside). The room on 6th floor had an older unit and was fixed by the next morning. The other room on the 1st floor which was a converted room which had a newer unit. We checked in at the Fairfield Suited by Mariott Keys collection in Key West and the hotel had bed bugs! We are suffering terrible pain, we look diseased and the hotel claimed they are mosquito bites yet these are not mosquito bites they are confirmed bed bug bites we are on steroid topicals and oral antihistamines to calm the fire-like itch, rash and scars are horrifying to see. My complaint is as follows We deeded back a timeshare property in 2014 to the Marriott, (did not use the timeshare from 2014 till present.) The paperwork said as of February 10 2014 we(transferors) were indebt under the mortgage in the sum of not listing this) . It said that transferee Saint Kitts and Nevis vacation Plan & time share accepts this transfer in lieu of any proceedings that may be taken by it to enforce the aforesaid mortgage. Did a reservation online through Booking.com about a month before check in date at the Courtyard Santa Fe NM. Paid online several days prior to check in and on the day of check in 2 of the three rooms were cancelled by the hotel for overbooking. They would honor only one of the rooms even though the reservation showed 3 rooms on the same reservation. They did the same to 5 other guests as well while we were in the lobby.
