Great location, great room on 50th floor with Times Square view, perfect location for Central Park, Times Square and Broadway Couple nice bars across road and nice cafe Service in hotel was 1st class, only downside was paying for wifi in room, but it was free in lobby bar

I've stayed at the hotel several times. The reason I love it is because not only is it in such a great location, but the quality of the room is so very consistent. I have been to hotels where one time I will get a beautiful room and other times it will be worse than a 2 or 3 star hotel.The Sheraton always provides a decent, comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and overall my stays have been great. The only reason I couldn't give the 5th star is because my bathroom, particularly the toilet, was not cleaned properly th... read more
Loved this hotel. Great room, comfy bed :-) Nice bar/lobby area, 5 mins walk from Times Square and 5 mins walk from Central Park <3
Great location walking distance to times square and central park fantastic friendly staff , would def stay again
Room not so bigger, but it's very nice place to stay. Also in an excellent position near time square
The Beds were incredible. And the lounge for platinum members is the best I've seen so far.
