This hotel charges what it does entirely for its location. Rooms are tiny, most have little view due to nearby office towers. And the "improved" touchscreen elevator system causes mass confusion and elevators that take twice as long to arrive as before. One tip: skip the $40 breakfast buffet in the lobby and get a better breakfast for around 10 bucks at Cafe 53 down the block
The hotel lobby is very impressive. Our room was on the 30th floor. Neat view. The room was a little small compared to other cities, but, hey, it's NYC. The location could not be better. The heart of Times Square, an easy walk to Broadway, Central Park and all the sights. The subway is within a block if you want to travel farther.
Very nice room, clean with agreable vue to New York -we were on the 34th floor looking at a portion of time square. Personnel helpful and professionnal.

Great location .. close to all major attractions in NYC . Our room was overlooking Times Square ( great view ) . Clean , but in need of "upgrading " , as rooms are somewhat dated .If you want to be in close proximity to all attraction this is a great location .Staff is polite and very helpful .Would come back anytime !
