Good location friendly staff. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced every day. Only negative is having to pay for 4 bags to be stored for 4 hours on our last day at $4 each bag. Think this should be included. Apart from that brilliant stay no complaints at all. Would definitely return

After reading the reviews I really wasn't expecting much,in fact I was expecting a hell hole!! But I was very pleased to arrive to friendly staff,a lift which is simple to use after your first go and clean tidy rooms.Yes the rooms are a bit smaller then the older hotels but you only really sleep in it! Starbucks staff very,very nice so was the waitress in the restaurant which was a bit cheaper then eating out. Overall we all had a pleasant stay!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I found some of the staff to be rude and a little confrontational .. we went to a place titled the club lounge breakfast just wanting a cup of coffee and the lady we talked to told us if we wanted coffee it would cost us $71 dollars. What she could have said was there is a coffee bar right across the hall

It only gets 2 stars due to the location! Rooms are very small, not enough staff on to check you in (we waited nearly 45 mins)! Lift system is a joke!! Booking was for 3 people, but only ever had 2 throw away cups left for coffee, even after requesting a third!! Wouldn't stay here ever again!!!

Hi there, I'm visiting the hotel over New Years and was wondering if I would be able to have full view of the Ball Drop from the hotel. I noticed on your comments that an unfortunate guest didn't get to experience the Ball Drop due to police shutting off the road and your response was it was only for that year. Can you please confirm that I will have full view of the Ball Drop? I'm travelling from the UK and wouldn't want to be let down. Thanks in advance!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Sheraton! The hotel was first class in my opinion and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had a complimentary 3 course meal and drinks and when we went to our room later that evening there was a bottle of prosecco chilling on ice with chocolate dipped strawberries and a card from the Sheraton. We felt thoroughly spoiled and would definitely go there again and recommend it to anybody. The position is perfect too right on Time... read more

Excellent location and small but good room. Don't use the mini bar as it is very expensive as is the hotel bar. There is a very good deli 25 yards from the 53rd entrance selling good food, wine, bottle beers etc. We were not impressed to return to our room one evening to find somebody else's case had been left in it. It must have been obvious that the room was already occupied. When I reported it they expected me to take it to the porters desk, which I thought was unbelievable and told them to come and get it themselves.

Most uncomfortable beds ever. We were given a key and room number for a room already occupied? Because of this we were given a complimentary breakfast for two but there were four in our party. Best part about this hotel was the coffee shop/ bar, the very friendly and attentive staff made that part of our stay very memorable? Won't be going back thought.
