This Hotel is seriously above a 5 star rating. Could not have ask for better service from the time we arrived to the time we left. Wherever we go we will be booking our stay at Sheraton!
Best experience I've had. The service quality was great.
The location was very good. Near Times Square and a subway next to the hotel. The staff at the entrance where not that kind though, they looked very bored. But it's not such big of a problem, we only need them a couple times. But the room made it all better, even though the bathroom was not that big, we still got a kingsize bed. The only problem we had was that we where charged for the minibar (that we didn't use), but even that was fixed right away!
Accommodation s fine scaffolding out front there to long and put dirty facade on the building..
Travelling from Scotland but expected a lot more location great room ok but need a good clean and beds extremely small for king size for extra money
Un séjour qui a mal débuté par un lit trop étroit pour 2 personnes, dans les chambres pour 4 personnes, mais vite résolu par un changement de chambre avec un grand lit et sans changement de prix ! Le personnel est réactif et à l'écoute malgré notre anglais approximatif � un bel hôtel bien placé. A revoir peut-être les salles de bains et sèche-cheveux qui commencent à vieillir un peu mais nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour en famille ! Merci et à bientôt j'espère �
Stayed here with my stepdaughter over New Year. Lovely friendly staff. Reception, Concierge and Ticket Sales Staff in particular. Even though it is very busy the customer service is amazing. Food and drink is good even though drinks are a tad expensive. It is a hop and skip to Times Square. Subway very close and Central Park 5 mins walk.
Just returned from a 5 night stay over the New Year 2016. Best feature of the hotel has to be its location. Must say was initially disappointed when I first saw the room as its quite small with limited storage for your clothes however it was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and it had a filter coffee making machine which made nice coffees. Bathroom was dated and towels on the small size however fresh ones were supplied daily. Overall it was a basic room in a good location and that is why I have rated it a 3.
Great location especially for the New Year festivities. Courteous staff, great rooms and the food is pretty good as well!
