Took my son to NYC for the first time in February for his 13th Birthday. We loved everything about this hotel. It is in a great location. My son wanted room service and the food got to us fast and was amazing. Our next visit we will be making reservations here again.
My husband and I have just got back from New York and our lovely stay at The Sheraton. We stayed 7 nights. Perfect location. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room. The lift system was brilliant very easy to use. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

RecommendedRecently stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights while visiting some veteran friends it was amazing. Everyone was nice and helpful. The have a great team of professionals working there. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.
Very noisy both outside and in the hotel. Clean rooms but very basic. Service very poor for a Sheraton won't be recommending but great location.
