Fab! Just got back from a four night stay. Room was clean with maids in every-day for fresh sheets, and fresh towels (didn't clean the dressing table but stuff was on it) staff were pleasant and helpful especially if there was a tip involved. Central to almost anything: two things I felt let it down: there is small hidden charges, i.e when checking out having to pay 4dollars a bag for it to be in storage and there isn't like a smoking area so everyone who smokes myself including is just standing outside of the hotel, just ru... read more

Grosses Hotel mit Flair. Leider könnten die Zimmer sauberer sein. Lage ist super. Sonst alles okay.
Great hotel think staff have to be aware and make sure they are saying the same thing as we have been told numerous different things about the same thing. Other than that comfy clean and central.

We stayed for 5 nights. Good location,clean rooms but the rest is a little dated. The lifts were the most annoying long waits a very confusing system. Where do they get the prices for the mini bar in the room. Good links to JFK Airport we used the subway Blue line (E) $7.50 one way including the air train.
Had a good stay, had 7 nights, pleasant room nice and clean but was disgusted but the attitude of one of the housekeeping staff, I returned to my room to put my wife's purse in room safe only to be greeted by a horrible housekeeping woman demanding my room keycard.( I do know she had to ask that for security)I REALLY do not appreciate being talked down to like a naughty child. Employees very friendly. Beds comfy. Club floor lounge is very nice. Good breakfasts, Hor d'ouevres at night and coffee, water, fruit available throughout the day. I don't like the open shower door configuration. Let's cold air in and I keep hitting my elbow on the inner protruding piece. Also it would be nice if in room robes are provided as done at the Sheraton JFK. Great location and enjoyed my stay.
