Well my own experience is different from that of Mellissa, I had a wonderful time, the experience was so good, the view of Times Square up from my room window, everything about the hotel and service men was great. I"d like to come back some other time.

Hotel is clean with very comfy beds. Ideally situated for many places of interest if not only a subway ride away. Would stay again
The hotel was very nice. A little bit crowded by hey, it's New York City so it wasn't as bad. The beds in the double room was too small gor two people. Well unless you're very skinny lol. All in all, it was in the right spot close to everything and the staff is very very friendly. I would stay again the next time I come back.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and snacks. The location is perfect.and a cab or uber is always waiting outside...Great service.
