The new elevator system is horrendous and dangerous. Made the stay unbearable.
Gorgeous and elegant �� i visit the hotel on February 2017...
We stayed 4 nights. Hotel was in a convenient location and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. My only complaint was the bed and room size. Very small. I could deal with the room being small. But the beds are not for more than one person

Stayed here for 6 nights with my husband. It was our honeymoon. We loved this hotel. Very clean room, clean bedding and very well presented. We were really happy with our time at the hotel. Reading some of these reviews we've been quite shocked as this has no reflection to our time in New York. It's central to everything we needed and wanted to do. It was a nice hotel and great location just don't touch the mini bar.
Price was good but they nickel and dime you for everything. In addition website says "parking surcharge" the front desk stated they do not honor that and we had to pay full price for parking. Custodians were rude, one yelled at us as we entered our room the first day, stating she hadn't vacuumed the floor yet and they should not have given us our key passes.
