Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was extremely small and stuffy. AC barely worked. No vent in the bathroom. Asked for extra towels and it arrived unfolded in a pile. Will never stay here again.

I did not stay at theNY Sheraton Times Square However the event NAN Convention was the kicker. I felt satisfied due to the many panels and forums which was designed to bring awareness to the issues that plaque Africans in America. I feel that this convention had discussed the issues and will continue. I hope that these issues are put together and organised in the order from primary to the lessor but make no mistake they all are important.I feel the primary issue is police brutality since none of the other issues are importan... read more
RINAD ALKURDI was the best! Chocolate strawberries and champagne in our room for our anniversary, plus a room with a view. We loved the location and staff! Will recommend! Thanks all!
Elevator unbelievable slow. You spend 10 minutes and more waiting at the floor. Rooms are average NYC crap. Overpriced mini bar, most staff unfriendly. When we checked in there was a huge queue but staff preferred to have little chit chat then checking in guests. Clearly on my no go list.
