1st time staying at this hotel and had the worst experience for a Platinum/Gold SPG member. Management's careless attitude to customer and the concerns. I'm starting a new long term business engagement in Times Sq but will not stay here ever. Stay somewhere else for this super overpriced hotel which lacks values of SPG.
RecommendedGreat staff, clean rooms and super convenient. Large rooms for NYC.
Bathroom is really small. Beds are very comfortable. Tour left right from the hotel, so that was a plus.
