Worst hospitality ever! All time low, supremely arrogant staff!
Good location but very busy hotel and long waits for the elevator at times.
Worst place I have ever stayed. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff are great....the concierges are very helpful....that is where it ends. Bell Hops telling you that they have right of way in lifts when you have queued up for 20 mins to get a lift!!! When you confront them they are down right rude...no customer service here at all!!! Do not even think about staying here...the pits!!!!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the location is just perfect. It's a few blocks south of Central Park and a few blocks north of Times Square. I really recommend this hotel.
