Bad Experience- We stayed for 4 nights. We had a few issues but the major one was on the first night here our handicapped bathroom/shower flooded into the room and then into the main hall. We were up until 2am for the hotel management and 5 other employees to decide they couldn't do anything about it until the next day. The housekeeping manager even asked my husband, "What do you expect me to do?" The night manager, Winston, did offer to move us, but we didn't get moved into a new room until after 9pm the next day. unhelpful, uncaring disinterested staff unless they are looking for you to upgrade your room! My daughter had a accident in our bedroom, despite calling the concierge, then visiting them at the reception twice we received no medical help or assistance from this hotel. Luckily with the help of the internet I managed to get medical assistance for her, no thanks to the Sheraton Hotel.
