Reception staff unfriendly on arrival which was a disappointment after a tiring journey. Hotel seems tired, or maybe it was just our room. Decent location.
Is not recommend and I never come back here the staff are not helpful specially the receptionist, we late to check in because of our delaying flight when we arrived in the hotel one of the receptionist hold us for long the she entertain the same color, I’m was disappointed for waiting so long poor service
Beautiful! Great views. Love the breakfast buffet and evening appetizers. Cool modern elevator like I've never seen before. Only complaints are the wifi didn't work well enough to let me watch Hulu and Netflix on my tablet (had to use my portable wifi) and the bar wasn't open in the morning and I really needed a Bloody Mary.
First time at the Sheraton TS. Great room, excellent staff. I would go back, definitely.
