Wonderful location. I'm a premier member and the Club Lounge is awesome. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly but not rude either.
Bad Attitude, declined request for extra water bottles, declined to give tea bags, charged for holding bags since late flight, staff doesn't know how to smile especially front office and bfast room. Extremely rude people.
Thank you so much for a fantastic stay over Christmas the hotel and Service was an amazing experience for our first time in the US my Young children had the most amazing time thanks again hopefully I will be back in the future
Writing this while sitting in the Lobby drinking hot chocolate from the cafe and waiting for out airport transfer. We have had such a lovely time, everyone has been great. Unfortunately we had a plumbing issues at 5am and less than 10mins later it was addressed my maintenance. Service has been great! Even NYE when we had to line up to get back to the hotel, all I can say is their security was paramount in this and I am so happy we chose this hotel for our first visit to NYC. 5 stars all the way from me. Thank you
My cousins had worst 31st with Sheraton Times Square on 31st. They gave away confirmed room to other guest, complimentry breakfast was included earlier which got removed by hotel themselves !!! Even Drinking water bottles were short in supply .. flush wasn’t working properly .. worst experience
