Great hotel in a prime location. The room was of a very high standard and daily cleaning was superb. Staff very helpful and friendly, the only criticism is the crazy elevator system, had to wait nearly 10 mins from the 19th floor on one occasion. Other than that, superb, will definitely return.
Service here at check-in was atrocious. My wife and I were treated like we were an inconvenience to the staff. When we arrived Daunus greeted us by simply saying "Name?" Not even a "hello." We tried to break the ice by asking "how are you?" And he responded "Long night." That kind of says it all. Service with a smile? Try a snarl.
The room was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer! My son left something at the hotel. He noticed it as we checked in to the airport to head home. I called the hotel and was transferred to security. Sal took my info and went to the room to check. Got a call back within 10 minutes and they had the item. Instead of sending it to Lost and Found he took it and filled out the Fed Ex form over the phone. He knew how much it meant to me and my son that we received this!
