This hotel doesn’t accept donated food for the nurses. Hundreds of nurses from around the US are left starving after a 13-15 hour shift. They have to walk blocks to another hotel to feed themselves. We should be supporting/helping the nurses that risk their lives on the frontlines. I do not recommend a hotel that makes lives harder for nurses during this pandemic.
How bout you stop blocking food deliveries for the nurses staying there helping out your city!

Marriott doesn’t really guarantee their best rate so be careful. And never prepay for your room! I booked a room a week ago and prepaid for the “best” rate. The price went down recently because of the virus scare, and I asked if I could get the difference back, and was basically told I was screwed. So now, I’m going to travel there knowing i overpaid. I had to cancel a few nights, I was charged 150 dollars on top of no refund. As a Gold Elite member I’m surprised at how I have been treated
I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now and have been extremely happy with my stay. Friendly staff and the is lobby is beautiful!! Great place to stay in Times Square.
