Our time at the Sheraton has been wonderful! Thank you for accommodating us in what has been a very stressful time with Covid 19! Bringing in extra staff to help 800 nurses hit the hospitals and doing it all with grace and patience!
Sheraton is not allowing the free meals offered to medical staff staying at their hotel. These people have come from all over to help the people of NYC. Shame on you Sheraton!! Make this right!
Relief nurses staying here have to walk down to another hotel to receive meal delivery after long shifts taking care of New Yorkers? I'll be looking elsewhere for a hotel when I come to the city. TAKE CARE OF THE HEALTHCARE WORKERS!
the Krucial (care team of nurses) are NOT allowed to receive meal delivery - but all the other hotels housing these dedicated nurses allow them to receive the meals
