I just checked in from a rude black male check in agent at spg gold check in. Did not give me accessible room I booked and also did not acknowledge my reservation had free breakfast included until I pulled up my email reservation and showed it to him. When I called front desk to request accessible room I booked foreign sounding female agent abruptly told me all rooms are same , then after hesitation told me she would have bell boy bring up key to accessible room.
