RecommendedWe stayed here Jan 2018 for our first time stay in New York and absolutely loved it, the staff were fabulous and very helpful, the hotel was very clean and wonderful views over the city, the only issue we had was we upgraded to a superior room and found the double bed small, if this could change it would have been the perfect trip but would return to the Sheraton without hesitation.
Too expensive, small rooms, horrible lighting, expensive, horrible housekeeping, ridiculous confusing elevator situation.
Location is everything besides that they need a change of staff
