We loved our stay here for Thanksgiving week. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. Hotel very conveniently located. Thanks for making our first trip to New York a memorable experience.
Excellent hotel in convenient location. Club room was very good, bathroom a bit small but functional. Bar/server staff very helpful and friendly
