This hotel left me in street before new year in super cold winter! I informed them I was one day late and they canceled my 3 nights and sold my room to someone else and left me in street! I’m a SPG Pro member and can’t believe their service... don’t book this hotel if you also miss a night you will also end up in street and you know what they don’t care! They say it’s my problem that I missed my flight and I informed them both calls and emails and they sold my room. They don’t care about customers ! Never never again
My family and I (10 + 1) stayed here to enjoy the Christmas Holiday. We checked in at 7pm and our rooms were not ready so they gave us a complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great. Hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, very clean and just two blocks from the main attractions of Time square and Rockerfeller Center. Cityview is nice but you just see the tall buildings around. Great stay.
The Sheraton never disappoints! I’ve been to several meetings and parties at this hotel. I recognize several employees who have served this hotel for many years. They must be doing something right. Service is always hospitable and professional!
