I thought the location was excellent. Room was tight but to be expected in NY. I especially want to give special recognition to the housekeeping manager, Justin Criscione. His response to our complaint was rectified immediately as well as going beyond with sending wine for adults and cookies and milk for the kids. I have never stayed in a hotel where a response was so good- Justin was truly concerned he should go a long way in hotel management. His "people skills" are excellent! I just stayed last night. It was amazing. Personable, helpful staff. Clean, good sized rooms for a NY city hotel. And for an extra $10 I got an upgrade to the 29th floor and had an amazing view! Have no clue how ANYONE could love it here!
