This was a very good hotel... it was in a very good location... no complaints whatsoever except the elevators they are automated and it just seemed like it was always a long wait or it stopped at too many floors with no one waiting to get on... all the staff that I interacted with were very friendly nice and answered any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
Unbelievable weak customer service on the phone. Tried to reach someone to stop the heavy machines on the construction site next to the hotel. No one felt responsible. Tried 4 or 5 times. Now they stopped without anybody telling them at 23.00. Hopefully for the rest of the night. The manager should implement a serious incident process.
Stayed in this hotel from the 5th-10th May, couldn't fault it. 4 of us shared a room with 2 double beds (would say more of a small double) but beds were really comfy and we slept great every night. Rooms cleaned every day. We asked for a high floor at check in and the receptionist was very helpful and gave us a room on the 42nd floor with free wifi for the 5 nights at an extra charge of $40 each. (Instead of paying $20 a night) next time I come to New York I would definitely stay here again!
