Small rooms, nothing is free.. not even water in the room.. expensive dinning.. thought breakfast was complimentary but it wasn't. The only pros is it's location .. cannot be any closer to the big appl.e. We just stayed one night and most of the time we were out or sleeping .. so kinda managed. But won't recommend for longer stays
Terrible guest service over the phone. Extremely rude and mean. Made me wait for toothbrush for an hour while i had to sleep to get up early in the morning. Although amazing location and reception and other service personnels. This guest service just throws me off. Also, the shower curtains some times smell bad although reception was very accomodating to switch me rooms
Fabulous hotel & staff. my husband, daughter & myself stayed for 6 nights from 29th April 2017. After American Airlines completely ruined the start of our dream holiday, we were greeted by a really friendly receptionist.(sorry, don't know his name) very quick & efficient service. Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, great location for site seeing within walking distance.
Spent 5 nights in February. The concierge was very helpful, location in midtown was perfect. We walked almost everywhere. The only thing i would change is the refrigerator. Even after eating at hotel, we wanted a place to store leftovers my kids,wanted to snack on late night. So add a fridge. My wife dropped her license, they found it and call our room. Saved our vacation.
Fantastic. We were lucky that Priceline picked for us. Can't wait to go back.
