Room was clean, beds super comfortable, and the location was outstanding!! Walking distance to Central Park, Time Square, and Rockefeller Center. What else can you ask for?! The staff was friendly and aways asking if you needed anything. Only thing is the traffic when using the elevators. It can get a bit congested, however, I was there during Thanksgiving so it might not be an issue on other ocassions. �
My visit to new york was beautiful except for very dirty hotel with dog smell .(pictures on coments)). the minister bar you have extra charge if you eat or drink anything..the dirty blankets with blood stains. I told reception and they moved me to another room worse but it was already 3am. And was very tired to go back ... you can not sleep you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. And that's pretty much it! Ridiculous newly installed touch system for elevators. It's go all way down to lobby from the 16th floor and only then takes you up to the 19th! (Wanted to go from my lower floor to visit friend) Breakfast selection is limited. Very very limited. Dirty tables, rude waiting staff, who looking at you like you owe them a dollar! You can't use fridge in the room. You can't even open it - charged at the spot! stayed the night of the New York Marathon very busy and very calm . Staff was busy but still greeted us every time we walked in and out on numerous occasions Room was nice and quiet
