I'm here for Fashion Week and I have a corner room on the 27th floor. Beautiful room with a breath taking view! I absolutely love it!

Showed up with 800 people they knew we were coming the check in line was stupid long then at 2 am was told to go to my room to use the bathroom because the lobby is closed from 1:30am till 6am. Ridiculous oh and someone heard the guy call us ass holes.
Fantastic hotel in great city 5 star service from all staff had problem with minibar charge but after email it was rectified by Joseph Giordano will certainly make a return stay highly recommended YOU CERTAINLY MADE OUR GOLDRN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL

高いだけ。部屋がホコリだらけ。外出時は貴重品は置いておかない。チャックアウト前に掃除に入られる可能性が高い。スタバで珈琲は飲み放題。
If given the option, I will never stay here again. The management is completely heartless. In addition, they downgraded my prepaid reservation and didn't offer any compensation. I had to ask. It's all about customer service. But it is the lack of compassion during a true personal emergency that disturbs me the most. This is not the only hotel in midtown. Don't act like you are doing me a favor by letting me pay to stay here. #rudestaff
Just came back from NY yesterday & stayed here for 5 days. Didn't like the hotel one bit. My dad had left a tip for the maid & she had come in our room & taken the tip we had left & not made our bed,emptied our bins or given us clean towels! & the beds were apparently a standard double bed which I do not believe. My double beds a standard double bed & is bigger then there's.
So far this has been terrible, my reservation I elected an early check in because I took a red eye from Las Vegas. I get here exhausted and they said they have no rooms, and early check in is no guarentee, this is poor management. If you cannot guarentee early check in then don't put it on your online reservations. I'm really unhappy about the way this is going and it will be a cold day in hell before I stay at a shereton again.
