So far the hotel is lovely great position in the middle of town and the staff r lovely
Thank you Sheraton Times Square for a wonderful stay. The check in process was a breeze and we were even selected as the guests of the day. This gave us a room upgrade as well as several more amenities. We were so excited about this that we mentioned to the manager Lauren and check in clerk Steve that it was our 15th wedding anniversary. Much to our surprise, when we returned to the room after dinner and a show, there was a bottle of champagne, pelligrino and chocolate covered strawberries. Literally the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. The exceptional rudeness of the staff combined with revolting room uncleanliness, and overall absolutely abhorrent. Sleeping on the street would have been a more pleasant experience!
Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else...stay here every year..!
This terrible hotel operates a beeping crane that keeps the neighbors up ALL NiGhT and refuses to listen to noise complaints!
