You all went above and beyond to make my daughter's sweet 16 trip to NY a memorable one! We were treated to many upgrades, and even a surprise Birthday cake in our room upon returning from the theatre Saturday night. As well as a free movie, pop corn & sodas. Worst hotel stay of all time. We tried to check in at 3:00pm and did not make it thru the line until 10:00pm. They only had 3 people working at the desk of a 40 story hotel and no rooms were ready. It took 10 minutes just to get onto an elevator...every time. The very worst part - when I complained to the manager she only offered me a bottle of water and did nothing to help. There was even a 25 minute line to check our bags in the bellman' closet in addition to a surcharge. Are you kidding me? Uch.
Beautiful hotel, awesome staff, but the noise. Holy cow! These are literally the loudest room doors in the hotel industry. We couldn't sleep the entire night with the constant slamming doors in the hallway. Non-stop all night. It wasn't like we could call the front desk, or say something to the occupants because you could hear every door in the hallway. It stinks to say because I really like Sheratons, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. My only suggestion is to fix the doors. If there is a way to adjust the pressure on... read more

This hotel really provides customer service. I highly recommend it fo families, singles, couples or seniors. Easy access to every place you might want to visit. Tour information desk and staff are very friendly and super helpful. We will definitely rebook on our next visit.
