Stayed overnight at hotel - fantastic room, views, courteous staff, easy check-in and great locations with proximity to everything in NYC. Will stay here again - soon!
Staff in check in are very rude. Unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Such a hotel should not have such staff
Beautiful Hotel, it was my daughters birthday weekend and they treated her like Royalty!
Great hotel. Centrally located. I took a quick jog around Central Park which is really close by.
Rooms are small, along with the bathrooms also parking is 60 dollars for 24 hours!
If I have the chance to come back to NY definitely I stay in the Sheraton NY Time Square Hotel.Not complaining at all.Perfect location :-)
Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. I travelled to NYC with my 9 month old baby girl and to say we've been treated like VIP's would be an understatement. The service from the hotel manager has been exceptional. I'm actually blown away by how attentive these guys are. It's a massive hotel, yet they make you feel like you're the only person they're looking after. Poorly managed. Long waits to check in, only 2 staff members checking people in. Room was not clean, and there was a half eaten chocolate bar in the mini fridge. Not the typical Sheraton.
