Everything was very good! The room was very comfortable with firm beds, excellent pillows and was cleaned very well each day by the housekeeping staff. The location was just great! You're right in the middle of everything. All the staff was very kindle! The concierge were all very nice too. The only negative point was the time waste to catch the elevatores. Hope can return soon. Thanks to all the staff.

Excellent room Very clean! Check In employees absolutely NEED to smile. Although our check in employee was professional & fast, she never ONCE smiled ....
Loved the location but not happy that we have to pay for use of a refrigerator and the gym and the toiletries were un satisfactory.
Just returned from our honeymoon stay at the Sheraton. Excellent service all round. Looked after well, and made to feel really special during our stay. Thankyou so much for helping to make our holiday a memorable one.
