I'm a Marriott Platinum member and used my status to upgrade. Stayed on the 50th floor and the noise was unbearable. I ended up putting on my noise canceling headphones to sleep. I could have the couple's conversation in the next room as if they were standing next to me. While the room was well decorated, clean and of a nice size, this was one of my least enjoyable experiences at a premium brand hotel.

The elevators are absolutely atrocious. 30 minutes to watch 6 elevators go by full. It was never like this before the so called "efficient" system went in. I've never heard complaints about the elevators like I've heard in the past few months.
Stayed 4 Nights amazing couldn't do enough for us, so well situated, would definitely come back
My family and I stayed here for a week. Great location and level of general service. Just a bit pricey though.
Hotel was great ! Awesome location , spotless, professional and knowledgeable staff . We needed for nothing . A must stay when your visiting Manhattan !!
