Great location great service Would go again
We stayed here last week whilst on holiday from London & would highly recommend this hotel. Fantastic location, rooms made everyday, friendly & helpful staff!
Perfectamente ubicado, la habitación más amplia de lo que imaginaba, café starbucks . Muy amables en la recepción, pudimos hacer check in antes xq la habitación estaba lista no había hielo en el piso y nos trajeron, ricamente helada la habitación. Solo Encontramos un calcetín del huésped anterior jijijiji
Rooms weren't ready when we arrived - after a long haul flight that's the last thing you want, especially when you are only there for 3 nights - so much to cram in. However, as soon as we got unpacked, it was amazing. Great views from the room, great facilities and really friendly staff! Oh and it was extremely close to Times Square - so central!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Times Square Hotel! Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and of course the location is excellent!!! Overall I had an amazing experience, couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!! I highly recommend this hotel to everybody!!!

Broken ice machine tried calling service desk to tell them, then they told me get ice from another floor then relented and said they would send someone with ice but never showed. 27th floor smelled like stank skunk not happy
