Great hotel, great location for everything
One of the worst I've been to of the Sheraton chain. Such a shame.
Recently stayed here nothing less than perfect! Cannot speak highly enough! Staff very attentive, friendly will go the extra mile for you. Will defiantly be staying here for our next trip! Thank you Sheraton New York for making our trip complete!
Just spoke to a completely unreasonable "customer service" representative. Based on my experience these past few weeks I will never stay at this hotel or any other property owned by this organization. There are too many companies out there tripping over each other to provide great customer service to tolerate such an attitude.
