Great spot leave today for Philadelphia
Terrible front desk staffs, including the front desk manager, very bad attitude, feeling not welcome tourist stay over. Never suggest ppl staying here ever.
i really enjoyed my stay there! i stayed for 4 nights, my room was always cleaned everyday and i was enjoying a glass of cocktail at the bar for 3 nights. also the location was great! thank you for making me good memories!
Awful. Couldn't check in until after 8 pm. No rooms available. Not very helpful. Totally gave us the run around.

Live this hotel! Great location!
After 5 hours stranded at LaGuardia with cancelled flights we ended up here and were completely exhausted but Molly, who checked us in was a breath of fresh air that we needed while physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted! Thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taking good care of us being sympathetic to what we had been thru today! It was fate that brought us here tonight but next time your hotel will be our first pick!
My husband & I recently spent 4 nights in this hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel is within walking distance of Times Square & most theaters. Our room was very nice & everyone we came in contact with there were friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Lobby under construction during my visit, and the President and AG speaking to a conference in the hotel as well, made thing a bit inconvenient. That said, close to subways, clean rooms and nice people. I'd stay here again.
