Very nice clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of time square. I loved it there. Hope to return someday.
Nice hotel... Convenient to Times Square and Jimmy's.
Worst place ever. I would not recommend it to anybody. My experience there was in 2012. We could not sleep at all because of a faulty elevator that was causing a massive racket. They did not offer to give us another room until 3.30 in the morning. By then we were so tired we went to sleep in any case. In the end the manager refunded the cost of the room but our holiday in NY was ruined.
