Rooms are dated, shuttle services to the parks are horrible.
We have just returned home from an amazing ten day stay at the Sheraton Buena Vista Resort and loved every minute of it. From the moment that we arrived until we left the staff treated us fantastically!! They totally spoiled my grandson, who instantly fell in love with Betty, the chief receptionist!! We can't wait to visit again xx
Every with hurricane Matthew they would wonderful. The customer service here is unbelievable. I'm happy I stayed here.
Wanted a last minute get away with my Family. Pics look AMAZING, not so much in person. The grounds are a bit run down, there's fees left & right that are not included when you book. I have a pending charge on my account now that doesn't match my folio final price. The elevator was messed up the whole time we were there. My Kids loved the pool with the slide. One of those places we wouldn't go back to.
It's a great resort to stay at the front desk staff is very helpful and nice its made me want to stay here again they have 2 swimming pools one with a slide and table tennis to play and a fire pit going which I like a lot
Party outdated and worn out facilities. Extremely helpsome and nice staff. Perfect located ; walking distance to several good dining spots (Will recomend Millers Ale and Angus Stake House) - and a short drive to Disney. Nice coffeshop in the lobby. They should evaluate the Pet Policy,... Is it OK to walk your dog in the pool area, or to leave your dog along at the room - barking half the night,....?
We had a fantastic time... The staff are extra polite and knowledgable, the bedding is not only ultra comfortable but clean and fresh. They have so many amenities as far as movies by the pool and roasting s'mores by the fire. They bring in Disney characters for the younguns
We love this hotel. Started staying there back when it was the Sheraton Safari. One of the few hotels to allow pets, at no extra charge. NO Disney properties will allow pets! It has always been clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Complaints about the resort fees? This is Florida and this is a resort. Fact of life. All fees are detailed on their website. No surprises if you do your homework.
