Not a good start to the vacation. Checked in last night and part of the reservation was missing. Ok, was quickly fixed. We asked for adjoining rooms when the reservation was made months ago, but did not get it. I was told that adjoining rooms meant next to each other and connecting rooms had an adjacent door. Terminology!!! The person I spoke to when making the reservation knew what I wanted. I was then told that those rooms are not guaranteed so I have a 15 and almost 16 year old girls "near" us. Ugh!!!! Gary at the bar was great! We had the best meal at Zest! The room was clean and everyone was fantastic! Will come back again! Safe and Secure parking!
Very nice resort. Stephanie checked me in and she was amazing! Clean rooms and great pool view. The kids loved the pool, slide, and the pool basketball! Will be staying here every time we go to Disney. The Florida Parlor rooms are a must when staying with kids. They lived the bunk beds!
La verdad el hotel es muy lindo . Pero no te informan bien los previos y recobran por todo no te dan comprobante .muy flojita esa parte , nadie que te informe , ningún español . Te haciendo escribir en la computadora muy mal
The hotel is impressive on first view. However was not prepared to be blindsided with a $20 a day self parking charge. It was a very disappointing discovery on top of the resort fee I was aware of. We come to Orlando about once a month but will chose a more transparent hotel in the future
