We used Sheraton as our wedding and reception site last weekend. Working with Donna Cooke through all the planning steps has been amazing. She is professional, personable and truly cares about your needs. We were given an amazing wedding package. Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was awesome and my special day was perfect. We also spent a few nights at the hotel which was comfortable and fun. Amazing staff .great location
I was there with my family last weekend celebrating my nieces birthday and it could not have gone any better. The customer service at this hotel was probably the best I had ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From check in with Elizabeth to the Food and Beverage Manager John to the rockin activities directors Julian and Jasmine everyone was so committed to created WOW moments. We have a nice stay, they upgrade our room and they did not charge extra. Perfect swimming pool for kids and adults with a good customer service.
