Danny (from Palms 27) was a huge hit with my friends. Not only did he find my friend's cell phone, he gave some amazing recommendations for local food options. He was extremely friendly and has exceptional customer service. As someone who also works in the hotel industry I can tell you that it is very hard to find someone as awesome as him.
