nice outside looking in.
My family and I just checked in and we LOVE this place!! Beds are so comfortable, room was super clean, and the pool view is amazing. Nathan at the front desk is a good professional example of great customer care. We are definitely going to stay here again!!!
I think Sheraton Lake Buena Vista is rocking awesome and romantic. I better make birthday reservations there.
Stayed here with my family for 8 days...Staff was extremely friendly and accomadating. Shuttle to Disney and private Driver to Universal Fleetwood Transportation was excellent...Rooms and Food were great. location is key to Disneyworld and Universal....Will be staying here again would highly recommend.
I am highly pissed that I wasted my 3 year anniversary here at this hotel. I booked this hotel through groupon for 194. And that morning I checked my bank account and they charged me 204.00 which left me with no money in my account to complete my anniversary activities. Now I'm a college student making minimum wage. So I was highly pissed the hotel charged me 400 In total to stay at there crappy hotel and not leave the facility bc we had no money. Customer service pretty good..beds super uncomfortable. Do not know why these resorts hotels do not invest in really nice beds. Could use bigger and hotter hot tubs. Was not prepared to pay extra resort fees and daily parking fees...hidden costs...not a four star resort.
