It's not deserving of the Sheraton name. It's more like a motel 6. Our room smelled like an ashtray. The couch and chairs were filthy and had what appears to be bodily fluids on them. I didn't sit on any of the furniture except the bed. The bathroom wreaked of mildew. The manager did not respond to any complaints. They don't tell you that it's 15 dollars a day to park.
Amazing resort. Fun activites by the pool daily and a super awesome water slide! Good distractions for children while their parents got to sit in the sun. It seems pretty family orientated, but i still enjoyed my stay with no kids with me. Walking distance to many stores, bars, and restaurants. Disney springs (disney stores and entertainment open free to the public/no disney ticket required) is walking distance too but it is about 1.3 mies away. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel!
Don't stay here!!! They charge a room fee that is too high and their not a Westin hotel or anything bad employees that are rude and especially God forbid u don't have cash and have a credit card to leave a tip because if u don't leave a tip for that reason they are gonna make loud ass comments and they leave garbage in the hallways and when u call to let them know about their discrepancies, they promise all these things to u and when u plan ur next trip they make up all this BULL and wanna push u to pay more when they can lo... read more
In room 2521...right above where every delivery is made 4:35 am, 5:27 am, 6:58 am...ugh!! They get deliveries every day but Sunday! Hopefully, I can sleep thru 1 of the 5 nights in staying!
The worst for sure ! Thank God for the free air u pay $22 for your coffee everyday and $15 parking and the room isnt even up to date !

Good location. Ok Hotel. But $22 a day resort fee for nothing and a $15 a day parking fee per day on top of that. Much better values everywhere else
