We really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were super friendly. Our room was nice and clean. Noise was not an issue even being on the pool side. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the "complimentary" internet worked about 5% of the time. I would have gladly paid for Internet that actually worked. The other reason was the our hall was messy. But overall we would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool and my kids LOVED it. The pool was so nice and refreshing. The staff was wonderful all around during our stay, even had Elsa, and other princess stop by the pool and interact with the kids. No fridge or microwave in room. Resort fees PLUS parking fees are outrageous. To top it off housekeeping needs more training. Our shower curtain was disgusting and they ran out of wash towels. Pools were nice and staff was friendly.

Driving home from there now...its run down, horrible and slow elevators. We didnt find it very clean.Will we stay there again absolutely not! None of us who were there for tradeshow all feel the same way.

We are very disappointed with the hotel's package pickup service. We had problems with the two deliveries made by Amazon. We thought of staying at Sheraton Lake Buena Vista instead of using Air Bnb because of the orders. Today is the last day and they have not found the last delivery yet. It looks like a mess.

disgusted within one minute of walking into our room, we were greeted by a ROACH on the pillow of our bed. Then noticed ANTS going up and down one of the walls. Refused to spend the night in any other room in this hotel. Thank you #HolidayInn for giving us a Clean BUG free room for the night.

All was good at first, then we got to the room. Dirty sheets. Staff complained about changing them. We had our flight cancelled and tried to book another night here, we were told no, and that for $350 we could MAYBE have a room (even though they said none available) if someone cancelled. They were rude and very unprofessional about that, and had the nerve to remind me on the phone that check out was at 11:00 with or without a new room. Rooms ok but not what I thought Sheraton would have. Thought they would be a little nicer. Pools and pool area was great. Kids really enjoyed the pool area.

I don't typically leave reviews but wanted to because after reading some of the reviews on Facebook we almost didn't stay here. But I'm so glad we didn't switch as we had the best visit at this hotel! Everyone was super friendly especially Denise in the cafe! Parking was easy, room was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! It was our first time not staying on Disney property and we would do it again in a second! Thanks Sheraton for a great weekend!
